Summer Blues-berry Smoothie

One of the best parts about living in San Francisco is the late summers. I'm taking full advantage of the warm weather and sunshine by getting my smoothie game on. This overflowing smoothie is packed with antioxidants, healthy fats, and hidden veggies. If you want to hold onto summer or not help overcoming the summer blues, this smoothie will remind you of warmer days.

Makes 1 large smoothie:

  • 1 cup blueberries

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1 cup frozen spinach

  • 1 T flax seeds

  • 2 T peanut butter

  • 1 scoop collagen peptides

  • 1 cup unsweetened oat milk

  • 1/2 tsp spirulina
