Avocado Veggie Smoothie
This is one of the most satisfying smoothies you’ll ever have. In a single serving, you will get a healthy dose of vegetables, healthy fats, and fruits. The texture is thicker than a milkshake, so I like using a spoon instead of a straw.
Ingredients:
1/2 frozen avocado
Handful frozen spinach
1 frozen banana
2 stalks frozen celery
Knob of ginger (1/2 inch)
1T tahini
2 dates (pitted)
1 cup unsweetened oat milk
Method:
Blend together using a high speed blender for 3 minutes or until fully blended. Use a stomper to push down the ingredients as you are blending. Serve in a glass and enjoy!
