Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Bubblegum pink smoothie. 🌸 I made this when I was craving a classic strawberry banana smoothie to remind me of my childhood, but found a way to make it less sugary by adding in frozen cauliflower. The cauliflower is a sneaky way of making the smoothie thick and creamy, making it more like a milkshake than a fruit juice.

Ingredients:

  • 6 frozen strawberries

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 cup steamed and then frozen cauliflower

  • Dash of cinnamon

Method:

Add the almond milk before adding the heavier fruit and veggies to the blender. Blend on high for 3 minutes, using a stomper to push down the ingredients.
