Figgy Coconut Smoothie
Ingredients
5 frozen figs
1/2 cup steamed and frozen cauliflower
1 cup unsweetened plain lactase-free kefir
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 T chia seeds
2 T shredded coconut
1 T tocos (optional)
Toppings: coconut flakes, chopped hazelnuts, & raw almond butter
Method
Add kefir and almond milk to the blender first. Then add the rest of the heavier ingredients. Blend on high for 3 minutes. Add toppings before serving.
